The streets here are narrow and always full of life, with bikes and rickshaws squeezing past each other. Our office for Nice Projests Pvt.Ltd is a simple ground-floor space. We have the company name on the door, but it’s nothing too flashy. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on the computers or talking on the phone with various contractors. The dust from the main Badarpur road often drifts in, so we are always cleaning off the desks. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule; we just stay until the day's work is finished. Sometimes we have to deal with the noise of the neighborhood, but you get used to it after a while. The local tea shop delivers to us every few hours, which keeps everyone going during the long afternoons. It’s a practical location because we can get to different parts of Delhi or Faridabad fairly easily from here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of people working out of a small office in Aali Vihar. It’s real, it’s a bit messy sometimes, but it’s how we operate. We just focus on getting through the project list and making sure everything is handled properly by the time we leave. It’s what we do.
