News Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd is located in Khirki Extension, specifically at J-3/67. This is in the Malviya Nagar area of New Delhi. If you have ever been to Khirki, you know how the lanes can be a bit of a maze. Our office is right in the middle of all that local life. There is always something happening outside, whether it is a delivery bike zooming past or neighbors talking. We have been in this building for a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold up fine. Inside, it is mostly just us sitting around computers and talking on the phone. We do a lot of planning and looking at drawings. Delhi gets incredibly hot, so the AC is usually running all day long. We don't have any fancy posters or mission statements on the walls. It is just a place where we come to work. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to grab some chai. We deal with a lot of different people, from workers to folks looking for new spots. We just talk to them like regular people because that is what we are. There is no corporate polish here. We just try to get the builds moving and the paperwork signed. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to the grind.
