Our company, Netcom Impo Expo Pvt Ltd, is situated in the Okhla Industrial Estate. We are at B 176/2, right on the ground floor of Phase I. Being on the ground floor is really helpful for us because we’re constantly moving boxes and shipments in and out. It’s an industrial area, so don't expect any fancy parks or glass buildings. It’s all concrete and warehouses around here. Our space is divided into a small office area and a larger section where we keep our stock. It can get a bit dusty with all the activity in Phase 1, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small team of people who handle the import and export paperwork and the physical loading. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the goods get from one place to another. We’ve been at this Okhla location for a good bit of time now. The building is solid and it keeps our items safe. Usually, the day is filled with checking lists and talking to drivers. It’s a lot of manual coordination. We like the convenience of being in Okhla because it’s a hub for this kind of work.
