Our office is at 76/17 in Sangam Vihar. It’s a busy place and we are usually coming and going at all hours. Since we handle security, the work doesn't really stop. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating where people need to be. There is a lot of scheduling involved and sometimes it’s hard when someone calls out sick at the last minute. We have a small room where we keep the uniforms and the logs. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks and a lot of clipboards. We talk to a lot of people every day, mostly about who is guarding what and making sure the night shifts are covered. Sangam Vihar can be a bit chaotic, so we are always keeping an eye on things. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just try to make sure we have enough staff for the jobs we take on. Sometimes we have to go out and check on the sites ourselves to see how things are going. It’s a lot of driving around and checking gates. The paperwork can be a bit much sometimes, but it has to be done so everyone gets paid and the clients are happy. We are just a group of people working to keep things steady. It’s straightforward work but it keeps us on our toes most of the time. We just do the best we can with the resources we have here.
