Navair International is located on Guru Ravi Dass Marg, specifically on the second floor of 59/17 in the Kalkaji Extension. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for quite some time. The office is reached by a flight of stairs that gets a lot of use. Once you’re inside, you’ll see it’s a pretty standard setup. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kitchen area where the kettle is almost always on. We aren't the type of company that has a lot of meetings about meetings. We just get the work done. The team here is pretty tight-knit, and we’ve all learned to work around each other’s quirks. Kalkaji Extension is a busy part of town, which we like because it feels connected to everything. We don't spend money on expensive advertisements or glossy magazines. We’d rather just talk to people directly. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we always manage to sort it out by the end of the day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just try to be helpful and stay on top of our responsibilities. If the phone rings, someone picks it up. If there’s a problem, we look for a way to fix it. It’s a very human way of doing business.
