We are tucked away in Phase I of the Okhla Industrial Estate, specifically at plot number 43. If you know where the Modi Flour Mill is, we are right behind that. Okhla is a busy place, full of trucks and people working in all sorts of industries. Our building is a bit older, but it serves us well for the design and development work we do here. There’s always something being sketched or prototyped in the back. It’s not a shiny new office like you see in the tech parks. It feels more like a workshop. We have a lot of samples and models lying around on different tables. Sometimes it looks a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The noise from the industrial area is just part of the background here. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. People from the industry come by to look at designs or talk about product ideas. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a big lounge. Just some chairs and a lot of workbenches. It’s a practical place for people who like to build and create things. The parking around here can be tough, but that’s Okhla for you. We just focus on the design work and try to keep things moving along. It’s just where the work happens, without any of the extra fluff you find in modern offices. There’s history in these walls, and you can see it in how the floors are worn down.
