Naseem Fitness Centre

We’ve got Naseem Fitness Centre set up at F-8 on 40 Feet Road in the Shaheen Bagh and Jamia Nagar area. You’ll see us near the Woodland Showroom. It’s a lively part of Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our doors. The gym itself is pretty simple. We put it together with the idea of giving people in the neighborhood a place to go that wasn't too far away or too expensive. We’ve got a good collection of free weights and a few machines that cover the basics. It’s not the biggest place in the world, but we make it work for everyone who comes in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and some of the benches have been around for a few years, but everything is sturdy and does what it’s supposed to do. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a friend. It’s a community spot, plain and simple. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. If you’re living around the 110025 zip code and want a place to lift that feels real and unpretentious, you can find us on 40 Feet Road. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful when we can. It’s just a regular local gym for regular people.
