Our place is located at 49 in the Shopping Complex at the Community Centre in New Friends Colony. It’s a busy little area, especially during the middle of the day when people are out running errands or getting lunch. Being in a shopping complex means there is always noise from the street and people coming and going near our door. We have been handling aircon appliances here at Abhishek Aircon Appliances Pvt. Ltd. for a long time now. The office is tucked away, filled with manuals, spare parts, and tools that we’ve used for years. It isn’t the quietest spot to work, but we are used to it by now. You can usually hear the hum of a unit being tested in the back room while someone talks on the phone up front. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making the place look like a showroom. The shelves are mostly stacked with boxes and equipment that needs to be looked at or sent out to a customer's house. Most of our morning is spent coordinating where the vans need to go and making sure we have enough gas and filters in stock for the guys. It gets pretty hot in the summer here, so that is when we are really running around. We just try to keep up with the work as it comes in. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but the machines always get looked at first.
