Naina Semiconductor Ltd

Naina Semiconductor Ltd is based out of H.O: C-33 in the Okhla Industrial Area Phase I. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so you see a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day long. Our building is a standard industrial setup, nothing that’s going to win any design awards, but it works for what we do. We’ve been in Okhla for a long time, and we’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Some days the dust from the nearby construction is a bit much, but that’s just life in a growing industrial zone. We have our offices and the workspace all in one spot, which makes communication easier among the staff. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the semiconductors and making sure the orders are handled. It’s a lot of routine, but it’s a routine we like. Most of us have been here for years, so we’re more like a group of friends than just coworkers. We eat lunch together and complain about the traffic on the way in. It’s a straightforward environment. No one wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We just want to get the work finished and go home to our families. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just a solid business in a busy area. It keeps us going day in and day out. There's always something to do.
