Our office is located up on the third floor at T 71 in Prem Nagar No 2, right in the Nangloi area. N T L Logistics Plus (India) Pvt Ltd might sound like a big name, but we are just a group of people working hard in a standard office space. Logistics is a lot of tracking things and making sure papers are in order, so that is mostly what you will see if you visit us. There are a lot of phone calls and typing going on throughout the day. Nangloi is a busy place, and getting up to the third floor keeps us a bit away from the noise of the street level, which is nice. We have been here for a bit and the neighbors know us. It’s not a flashy office with modern art or anything; it’s mostly just files, desks, and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we are usually too busy focusing on the schedules and the routes we have to manage. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when there are delays or changes in plans, but we just handle it. It is a lot of coordination and talking to drivers or warehouses. We try to stay on top of everything without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how we do things here in Prem Nagar.
