Our office is located in Flat-8A, Pocket-A14 of Kalkaji Extension in New Delhi. It’s a residential pocket, so it’s fairly peaceful most of the time. We’ve set up our workspace in one of the flats. It has a bit of a lived-in feel, which is comfortable for the small crew we have working here. We have files stashed in the cupboards and desks lined up against the walls. It’s not a fancy corporate tower; it’s just a place where we get our work done. Most of our time is spent on the computers or talking to coordinators on the phone. We take turns making tea in the small pantry. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we have to take the stairs, which isn't great, but we don’t mind too much. The light in the afternoon is quite nice through the windows. We don't have any big branding or logos inside. Just our work and a few printers that sometimes jam. We try to stay organized, but with so many documents, things can get a bit messy by Friday. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. It’s a decent place to spend the day working without too many distractions from the outside world. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
