We are located down in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1. If you know Delhi, you know that this area is always full of activity and noise. Our office is at B 228, and you will usually find Md. Ebrahim Khan here managing the day-to-day things. It is a proper industrial setting, so you should expect some dust and a lot of trucks moving around. We have been a part of the Gannon Dunkerley team for a long time now. This specific branch handles many of the practical, heavy-duty tasks for the company. The building we are in is quite old and sturdy, having seen a lot of work pass through its doors over the decades. We aren't the kind of people who wear fancy suits; we are usually in work clothes getting things sorted. It can get a bit loud during the day because of the factories nearby, but that is just life in Okhla. We keep a busy schedule, starting quite early and staying until the work is finished. It’s a very practical and no-nonsense workspace. We don’t have a formal receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at their desk. Most of our clients are people we have known for a long time. Finding a parking spot can be a real struggle during the peak hours, so we always tell people to come early. We are just a group of people working hard and keeping the wheels turning. It is honest work and we take pride in it.
