You’ll find our office on the second floor of House Number 6 in the CSP Flats in East Kailash. We’re quite near the Iskcon Temple, so there’s always a bit of a spiritual buzz and plenty of people walking around the area. Being in New Delhi, everything is always fast-paced. Our office is a busy place where we handle construction planning and management. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve made it work for us. There are always rolls of drawings and stacks of files on the tables. We don't do the modern minimalist look. It’s a working office. Our team has been doing this for years, so we know the ins and outs of the city's building rules. Sometimes we spend the whole day on the phone with suppliers or site supervisors. It can be stressful, especially when deadlines are tight. But we’ve been through it many times before. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a coffee machine that does everything. We just have a kettle and some good people who know their jobs. Most of our clients find us because they’ve seen our name on a board at a site. We don't see the point in spending a lot on glossy brochures. We just do the work and let that speak for itself. It’s a solid way to run a business in a city like this. We are here every day making sure things get built properly.
