M/S Ambience Developers Ltd., Ambi Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi

This is Ambience Developers Ltd. While we are often associated with the big mall in Vasant Kunj, our actual daily work happens out of House Number 530 in M.B. Extension, Badarpur. It’s C/O Upendra Singh. This part of New Delhi is a bit crowded and the roads can be very narrow, but it’s where we are based and where we do our planning. It’s a regular house in a residential area, nothing like the big flashy malls you see in other parts of the city. We spend our days here going through construction plans and managing the developer side of things. It can be a bit chaotic with the noise from the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't into fancy presentations or polished corporate speeches. We just handle the practical business of development. Sometimes the heavy traffic in Badarpur makes it hard to get around, so we do a lot of our work right here from the desk. It’s a simple room with a few chairs and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. We don't have a big team of receptionists or anything like that. If you call us, you’ll probably just talk to one of us directly. We’ve been here in this neighborhood for quite a while now. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a fancy office. We just focus on the projects and try to keep things moving along as best as we can.
