M/S Amar Automats

Over at D 48 in Dabari Extension, you will find M/S Amar Automats. We share the space here, and Rohit Mishra usually handles the day-to-day things alongside the rest of us. It is quite a busy little corner of New Delhi, and the 110047 area can get pretty crowded during the rush hours. The office is basically just a part of the building that Grish Gupta owns, so it has a very lived-in and comfortable feel. We aren’t big on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We have our workbenches, some tools, and the machines we use for the automat work. It can get a bit loud and oily in the back, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with this kind of equipment. Most of our days are spent checking parts and making sure the orders are ready to go out to the customers. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively, and someone is always bringing in some snacks to share during the break. It’s a humble spot, and we don't try to make it look like something it isn't. People who come to see us usually just walk right in and find us working. The walls have some old calendars hanging on them, and the floor has its fair share of scuffs. We just focus on the machines and the work right in front of us, making sure we stay on top of the schedule.
