M/S Ahluwalia Contracts (I) Ltd.

Our office is over at C-1 / 891 in Madangiri, New Delhi. It's a 110062 zip code area. We have been working out of this spot for several years. It's a busy neighborhood, which suits us just fine. We handle a lot of the local building contracts around this part of Delhi. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper files from all the projects we've finished over the seasons. Construction is a messy business, so we don't worry too much about keeping everything spotless here. Most of our time is spent on the actual sites anyway. We have a crew that knows what they are doing, and we just try to keep them supplied and on schedule. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but that’s the nature of the work. People in the area know us as the guys who are always working on something. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth usually gets us our next job. We just try to be practical and solve problems as they come up. It's a regular day-to-day grind, but we like seeing the buildings go up. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a local team doing what we know how to do. It takes a lot of effort to keep things running, but we manage just fine. Each day is different.
