Modi Rubber Ltd

We are over here at the DDA Shopping Centre in New Friends Colony. It’s a busy spot, especially around 4/7C where our doors are open most days. Modi Rubber Ltd has been part of this block for a good while now. Most mornings start with moving things around and checking the stock we have on the shelves. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office and storage area where we handle rubber goods and tires. You can hear the noise from the market outside all day long. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s a highlight. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at lists of what needs to go out. The floors get a bit dusty from the street, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything gets where it needs to go. New Friends Colony is a nice area, but parking can be a real headache for anyone trying to stop by. We usually just walk from the main gate if we can. The building itself is older, but it works for what we do. We mostly just focus on the day-to-day work, keeping track of orders and making sure the inventory isn’t sitting too long. It’s a simple operation, nothing too complicated. We like the rhythm of this neighborhood and how things stay pretty consistent year after year.
