Nehru Place is a real hive of activity and we are right in the middle of it at Modi Tower. Being at number 98, we see a lot of people coming and going every single day. It’s one of those places where the elevators are always busy and there’s a certain kind of energy in the air. We’ve been operating under the Modi Group Of Industries name from this spot for a while now. The tower itself is pretty tall and easy to spot from the street, which helps when people are trying to find us. It isn't exactly a quiet place to work because of all the traffic and the noise from the metro nearby, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Some days the lobby is packed and you have to wait a bit, but that is just how life is in this part of town. We just focus on getting our work done and keeping things moving. The office inside is just a normal workspace, nothing too fancy or over the top. We have our desks and our equipment and we just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a practical setup for us here in Nehru Place. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute or the tea guy is late, but we just roll with it. That is pretty much the story of our daily life here at the tower. We aren't trying to be something we're not, just a business doing its thing.
