We are over at the Okhla Industrial Estate in Phase-III. Mobatime India Pvt. Ltd. is on the 1st floor of Building No. 239. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise from trucks and machinery nearby. It isn't a quiet place, but that is just the way Okhla is. We have a decent amount of space on the first floor. There are rows of workstations and some storage areas for our equipment. We deal with timing systems and clocks mostly. The stairs up to our office are a bit steep. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure everything is working right. The lighting is those long tube lights that hum a little bit. It’s a practical workspace. We don’t have fancy art on the walls or anything like that. Mobatime India Pvt. Ltd. is about getting the job done. We drink a lot of chai during the afternoon slump. Phase-III is always crowded with people working in different factories. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute, but we have a backup. It’s a no-nonsense environment. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time. We know the security guard at the gate. It is just a regular day-to-day operation in a busy part of Delhi. We share the floor with a few other small companies.
