Mistral Air Conditioning Se. Co. Pvt. Ltd

Down here in Noor Nagar, specifically at House Number 01, we spend most of our time thinking about air conditioners. Mistral Air Conditioning Se. Co. Pvt. Ltd. has been part of the neighborhood for a bit. It’s a small office, mostly filled with files and some old tools sitting on the desks. We don’t really do the big corporate speeches here. Instead, we mostly talk about gas refills or why a fan isn't spinning right. The Delhi heat doesn't give anyone a break, so our schedules are often packed from morning until late evening. Working in New Delhi means you spend half your life in traffic anyway. When we are back at the shop, we’re usually just catching up on paperwork or talking to someone who walked in off the street. It’s noisy outside with the usual city sounds, but inside we just try to keep things organized. Some days are just long and tiring, especially when a repair takes twice as long as we thought it would. We’ve seen all sorts of machines come through, some so old you wonder how they still work. We just take things one day at a time, trying to keep up with the demand. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don’t have a big marketing team, just a few of us here making sure the jobs get recorded and the guys know where to go next. Sometimes we run out of parts and have to wait, but we try to manage.
