We are located in the DDA Flats at Madangir, New Delhi. The address is 29 931 on the third floor. Being on the third floor means a bit of a climb, but it gets us away from the noise of the street. Madangir is a very crowded and lively area, so there is always something happening outside the windows. The flats were never really meant to be big corporate offices, so we have adapted the space to fit our needs. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. We have desks tucked into corners and shelves filled with records. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to deal with that. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We talk about the news, the local weather, and what we’re having for dinner while we sort through our tasks. The group has been operating out of this flat for a good while now. It feels like a part of the neighborhood. We don’t try to act like a giant corporation. We are just people working in a flat in Delhi, trying to keep everything organized and running as it should. It’s honest work in a real part of the city.
