Menasco Mechanical Contracting L.L.C Dubai

We are based out of an office in G-60, Batla House in the Jamia Nagar area of New Delhi. It is a very busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming through the windows. We handle the mechanical contracting side of things for Menasco, which is linked to the operations over in Dubai. The office here is mostly for sorting out the paperwork, contracts, and the technical details that keep the projects moving. We have a few desks squeezed into the space and a lot of blueprints and technical drawings rolled up in the corners. It’s a bit of a tight fit when everyone is in at the same time. The walls have a few old calendars and maps pinned up. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to sites or coordinating with the main office in Dubai. Jamia Nagar is a lively place, so lunch usually involves getting something from one of the local stalls nearby. The office doesn't look like those glass buildings you see in the fancy parts of Delhi, but it’s where the real work happens. We keep the files organized as best we can, though things can get a bit chaotic when a big project is starting up. It is a practical space for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty with the details of mechanical work.
