M.D Corporation operates out of the lower ground floor at A-128 in Shivalik, Malviya Nagar. It’s a decent enough spot, even if being in a basement means we don’t get a whole lot of natural sunlight during the day. We’ve got our setup here and it works for what we need to do. Malviya Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. Parking can be a real headache sometimes, especially during the afternoons when everyone is out and about. We usually just walk to get chai from the corner. Inside the office, it’s mostly desks and files everywhere. We aren’t big on fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work and handle the day-to-day business. We’ve been at this Shivalik address for some time now and most people in the building know us. It’s quiet inside compared to the street noise, which helps us stay focused. We handle all sorts of stuff here, mostly paperwork and coordinating things over the phone or computer. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up.
