Matthaios Hr Services (Opc) Private Limited

Our office for Matthaios HR Services is located in Safdarjung Development Area, specifically at C-19, Usha Niketan. SDA is actually a pretty nice part of town, with a bit more greenery than you might find in other parts of New Delhi. We are an OPC, which means it is a one-person company on paper, but we usually have a few people around helping out with the various HR tasks we handle. Usha Niketan is a quiet building, which is good because it lets us focus on the phone calls and paperwork that fill up our day. The office feels a bit more like a home than a corporate space, which we actually prefer. We have some plants by the window, though we sometimes forget to water them. Dealing with HR services means we spend a lot of time talking to people and sorting through resumes and documents. It is not always the most exciting work, but it is necessary. We do not have any polished brochures or "about us" pages that sound like they were written by a robot. We are just regular people working in a nice neighborhood. The local market is close by, so we usually head there for snacks or to meet people. We do not have a big mission or a grand vision. We just try to help people with their staffing needs and keep the business running smoothly from our little corner of South Delhi.
