Matrix Impex

Matrix Impex is based in Malviya Nagar, at No. 10/135-136. It’s a pretty typical office for this neighborhood. We don’t have any big glass walls or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us working on import and export tasks. The day usually starts with a bit of cleaning and then we get right into the emails and phone calls. We deal with various goods, and the paperwork can get pretty thick on the desks. Malviya Nagar has its own pace, and we’ve fit into it over the years. We know the people at the nearby shops, and they know us. The office is filled with the sound of keyboards and the occasional argument about where a certain file went. We don’t put on any acts here. If you come by, you’ll see us just as we are, probably busy with a cup of tea on the table. Moving goods across borders involves a lot of waiting and a lot of rules, so we spend a lot of time making sure we haven't missed anything. It’s not the kind of work that makes for a great story, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just do the work that comes our way and keep the business running smoothly enough to get by.
