Our office is right in the middle of the action at M-Block Market in Greater Kailash Part-1. Marshal Marketing & Management Pvt. Ltd. is on the second floor of M-10. If you know the market, you know how busy it gets with shoppers and cars everywhere. Being up on the second floor gives us a little bit of a buffer, but you can still hear the energy of the place through the windows. We’ve been here for quite some time now, handling marketing projects and managing different business tasks. The office is a bit of a maze because we’ve added more desks as we grew. It’s not a shiny, new corporate space. It’s got scuffed floors and mismatched chairs, but it’s where we do our best thinking. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear or when exactly they take their lunch breaks. We just expect the work to get done. There are plenty of good places to eat right downstairs, so we are never short on options for a quick meal. Sometimes the market gets so crowded that it’s hard to even walk to the building, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s a lively spot and it keeps us feeling connected to the city. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address or expensive furniture. We are just a local team doing our thing in GK-1. It’s a good, honest place to work.
