Our office for Marc Sanitation Pvt. Ltd. is over in Kalkaji, New Delhi. We are on the third floor of the D.D.A Flats in J-3, 280. It’s right near the Alaknanda Market, so there’s always a lot of people around. Being on the third floor means we do a lot of climbing up and down the stairs, especially when we have small samples to carry. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and product samples squeezed in. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things here, like talking to clients and managing orders for various sanitation projects. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s a place where we sit at our desks, drink tea, and try to keep up with the paperwork. The view of the neighborhood is okay, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window. We don't use any fancy talk or corporate jargon. We just explain what parts we have and when they can be delivered. It’s a simple operation. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the market nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We try to be helpful to anyone who calls or stops by, but we don’t have a big sales team. It’s just us doing our daily tasks. We like being in Kalkaji because everything is close by. It’s a very grounded, practical place to run a business from, and we keep it that way.
