Our office is tucked away in Lajpat Nagar-II, specifically at K-9. If you know Delhi, you know how packed this neighborhood gets. Finding a parking spot near our building is basically a miracle most days. The office isn't very large, but we make it work. We have desks piled high with documents and samples because we do a lot of back-and-forth with different suppliers. It’s a bit of a chaotic environment, especially when the phones start ringing and everyone is trying to talk at once. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai wallah and the courier guys by their first names. The air conditioner is usually running full blast during the summer, but it still struggles against the Delhi heat. Most of our day is spent typing out emails or checking on shipments that are moving across borders. It’s messy work sometimes, dealing with different time zones and paperwork that never seems to end. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you walk in, you’ll see crates and boxes waiting to be sent out. It feels like a lived-in space because we spend so much time here. We have a small corner for a water cooler and a microwave where we heat up our lunch boxes. It’s a standard Lajpat Nagar business life, noisy and fast-paced but we are used to it by now. We just try to keep the shipments moving.
