You can find Mamta Mahila Utthan Foundation in Sai Dulajb Village, specifically at P.N.-2A on the first floor. We are in the Kehar Singh Estate area, down Lane Number 2. It’s a village setting, so it doesn't feel like the typical city office blocks you see in other parts of Delhi. Our space is on the first floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the lane below. It’s always interesting to see who is coming and going. The office itself is pretty basic—just some chairs, a few tables, and a lot of work to get through. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what we're about. People from the village and the surrounding Kehar Singh Estate stop by throughout the day. Some are looking for help, others just want to talk about things happening in Lane 2. We try to keep things organized, but with so much going on, it can get a bit hectic sometimes. We don't have a huge team, so everyone has to pitch in. It’s a very hands-on environment. Working in Sai Dulajb has its own set of challenges, like the narrow lanes and the local politics, but it’s home for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes across our desks in Kh No 294. It is practical work for real people, and that is why we stay right here in the village.
