Malashree Foundation

Malashree Foundation is over at Nehru Place. You can find us at Unit No. 3, Plot No. 2-5, in the DDA Building. Nehru Place is always a bit of a maze with all the buildings and people running around. Our office in the DDA Building is pretty standard. We’ve got some windows that look out onto the street, which is nice when it’s not too sunny. Being in a big building like this means there is always something going on in the hallways. We have been here for a good stretch of time. The office itself is just a regular workspace. We have our desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets. It gets quite loud during the middle of the day with all the computer markets nearby. We usually just bring our lunch from home and eat together. It’s not a flashy place at all. Just a practical spot to get our work done. Finding Plot 2-5 isn't too hard once you get into the main area of Nehru Place. We spend most of our mornings answering calls and sorting through papers. It’s a lot of routine stuff. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. That’s basically our daily life here. We just keep at it, day in and day out, in our little unit. It isn't a lot, but it's where we do our thing.
