We are located right in the middle of JJ Colony Tigri at C-1126 on the ground floor. If you know where Shanti Traders is, we are just near there. It’s a very local spot, lots of activity and people walking by all the time. Our main thing is waterproofing. We have buckets and rolls of material sitting around the shop most days. It’s a family-run kind of thing, Mahendra and his sons, so it’s pretty straightforward. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is there. Most of the time we are talking about leaky roofs or damp walls because that’s what people in this area deal with a lot. It’s dusty work and our clothes usually have some marks on them from the chemicals or the cement we use. We don't spend money on fancy flyers or big ads. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors when their ceiling starts dripping or their basement gets wet. We’ve been doing this for a long time in this same spot. The ground floor shop is small but it holds everything we need to get to the job site. It’s just us doing the work and making sure the water stays out of people’s houses. It’s simple, hard work and we stay busy during the rainy season especially. Sometimes we're out all day on a roof, so the shop might be closed for a bit.
