You can find us over at Z-63 in Phase II of the Okhla Industrial Area. It’s a typical spot for this part of Delhi, lots of concrete and big gates and people moving boxes around all day long. Our place is tucked in among a bunch of other factories and warehouses. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re new to the area because the lanes all look a bit similar after a while. We do a lot of our work on the phone and the computer, handling different orders and making sure things move from one place to another. The office isn't very large, but we have enough room for the desks and the files we need to keep track of. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside or grabbing something from the local vendors who come around on cycles. The air is always thick with the smell of nearby manufacturing, which is just part of living in an industrial zone like Okhla. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just wait it out or chat until it comes back on. It’s a steady pace here, never too quiet but never completely chaotic either. We’ve been at this address for a long time, so the postman knows exactly where to drop our mail even if the address on the envelope is a bit smudged. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing to keep the business going every day.
