Mahaluxmi Industries

My father started this place years ago in Okhla Phase 1. We are located at A-213. It gets very busy around here with all the trucks and the constant noise from the other workshops. We spend most of our time on the factory floor making sure the machines are running right. It’s a bit dusty and loud, but that’s just how industrial areas are. Most of the staff has been with us for over ten years now. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down for a bit. Some days the power goes out unexpectedly and we just end up sitting outside for a while until it comes back. We don't have a big office or anything fancy. Just a couple of old metal desks and a lot of spare parts sitting in the corners. Sometimes people get lost looking for our gate because all the buildings on this street look exactly the same. If you reach the big blue water tank on the corner, you have gone way too far. We handle a lot of different orders, some small and some quite big. It keeps us on our toes. The traffic in the evening is a total nightmare, so we try to finish up our work early when we can. It's a tough life but it is what we know. We don’t really do fancy meetings, we just talk to each other across the hallway. If something needs fixing, we usually just fix it ourselves. That's how we do things at Mahaluxmi Industries. We have a stack of old files that should have been tossed years ago, but nobody wants to do it.
