Macro Developers is based over in Lajpat Nagar 4. If you have ever been to New Delhi, you know how busy this area can be at almost any hour. Our office is at number 28. It is a typical Delhi spot with lots of activity right outside the door. Finding a place to park your scooter or car is almost impossible most days of the week. We have a small team here. The office is basically just one main room where we all sit together. We do a lot of talking on the phone with contractors and various suppliers. The walls have some old calendars and a few maps of the city pinned up for reference. It is not the kind of place where you would expect to see anything fancy or expensive. We just have the basics to get our work done. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that is usually the highlight of the morning for us. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just sit around waiting for pages to load. We do not have a big website or a social media person. We just rely on the work we do and the people we talk to every day. Lajpat Nagar has its own energy and we are just a small part of that environment. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we just wipe off the desks and keep going. It is a practical place for a development business to run.
