Lumi Parenting And Nutrition Llp

Started this place in Kalkaji on the second floor of H 26A. It is mostly just us dealing with kids and food. Everyone knows how hard it is to get a toddler to eat anything that isn't a plain cracker. We spend a lot of time thinking about what goes into meals and how to make the day go a little smoother for parents who are already tired. It isn't some fancy setup with marble floors or anything like that. Just a couple of rooms where we look at nutrition charts and talk about how to handle the daily chaos of having children at home. Sometimes it feels like there is too much advice out there and most of it doesn't even work when you are actually in the kitchen. We try to keep things grounded here. The walk up to the second floor gives you a bit of a workout too. People come by when they are stuck on what to cook or if their kid is being extra picky. We don't have all the answers but we have seen enough to help a bit. It is just a local spot for local people. Most days are busy with paperwork and talking to moms and dads from the neighborhood. We stay late sometimes just to get the files in order. It is quiet up here away from the main road noise mostly. We like it that way because it lets us concentrate on the meal plans without too much distraction.
