Light Book Lighting Designing Concept

We have our workspace in Lajpat Nagar III at F 7. It is a small place where we spend a lot of time thinking about how to light up a room. It is not just about hanging a bulb from the ceiling. We have all sorts of fixtures and wires scattered around because we are always trying out new ideas. The walls are a bit of a mess with all the different switches and samples we have bolted up there over the years. We spend a lot of time drawing out plans on the computer and then trying to see how they look in real life. Lajpat Nagar is a crowded neighborhood, so it is always lively outside, but we try to keep things focused in here. We don't have a fancy showroom where everything is perfect. Usually, there are boxes of light fittings on the floor and tools on the desks. People come to us when they want to figure out the right atmosphere for a shop or a house. We talk to them about what they need and then we try to make it work with what is available. It is a lot of trial and error and sometimes things don't work the first time. We just keep at it until the light looks right. It is a small business and we do most of the work ourselves. It keeps us busy and the bills paid while we work on our designs.
