Lift India Foundation For Empowerment

We've been over here at Green Park Extension for a bit now. Our office is up on the third floor, T-3, in that South Delhi area. Life at Lift India Foundation For Empowerment is mostly just about doing the daily work that needs doing. It gets busy sometimes, especially being in Delhi where everything moves so fast. We don't have fancy desks or anything, just a workspace where we try to stay organized. Most of us have been around the neighborhood a while. The walk up to the third floor keeps us moving, even if the stairs are a lot in the summer heat. We just focus on the projects in front of us. It’s a small team, really. We talk over tea and just get through the lists we make every morning. Being in the 110016 area means we see a lot of people coming and going. It’s not a quiet place, but it works for what we do. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. As long as the phones work and the files are in the right spot, we’re okay. We just show up, handle the paperwork, and go home like anyone else. There isn't much to say beyond that. We are just part of the local mix here in Delhi. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time without making a big fuss about it.
