Landmark Build

Our small business, Landmark Build, is located at House No.E-114/9 in the Green Apartments. This is over in A.F. Enclave-1, right in the Jamia Nagar area of Okhla. It is a very crowded and lively part of New Delhi, and we have been here for years. We do a lot of small-scale building work and renovations around the local neighborhood. Our office is basically just a room in the apartment where we keep our records and meet with people to talk about their projects. It is not a polished or fancy corporate office. We usually have samples of tiles, some plumbing fixtures, or bits of wood lying around on the floor. We have been part of this community for a long time, and most of our work comes from people nearby who need a wall repaired or a new room built onto their house. We don't have a website or any big advertisements. We just talk to the neighbors and show them what we have done in other homes within the enclave. The streets around Jamia Nagar can be very tight, and it is often hard to get delivery trucks in, but we always figure it out somehow. It is just us working hard to make sure the buildings in our area stay in good shape. We aren't a big corporation. We are just local builders trying to make a living and doing the job.
