If you know Ramesh Market in Dayanand Colony, then you’ve probably walked past us. Lal Bahadur Shastri Training Institute is at 194A, right near the State Bank of India. East of Kailash is a crowded place, and we’ve been part of this community for a good bit of time. We focus on training people for different jobs, mostly practical stuff that helps them get hired quickly. The rooms are a bit tight sometimes when we have a full batch, but we manage. People come from all over South Delhi to sit in our classes. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls; it’s more like a traditional classroom where you listen, take notes, and practice your skills. We deal with a lot of young adults who are trying to add something useful to their resumes. The staff here has been around for years, so they know the routine and they don't mind repeating things. We spend a lot of time checking assignments and making sure everyone understands the basics before moving on. Sometimes we stay late if a student needs extra help with a particular module. It’s just how we do things here. The State Bank next door is a good landmark if you’re coming by bus or rickshaw. It’s a no-nonsense environment where the goal is just to learn and move forward with life. We don't have any big speeches, just books, practice, and a lot of hard work to get things done right for everyone.
