We’ve been operating out of these flats for some time. It’s a bit different from a standard commercial building because it’s tucked into the residential blocks, which makes it feel more like a part of the neighborhood. We handle various project tasks from this office. Dealing with the Dda area means we are used to how things work in this part of Delhi. It's usually quite a scramble to get everything sorted out during the day. We have a small group here who keeps the records and manages the schedules. It gets loud sometimes outside with the usual city noise, but we just keep our heads down and focus on the paperwork and coordination. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s mostly desks and files and people talking on phones. We just try to stay on top of the list of things to do. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. We know the streets around Kalka pretty well by now. Being in a Dda flat gives us a decent space to manage our daily operations without too much fuss. It isn't always quiet or organized, but we get things done.
