Our office is a straightforward setup where we handle all the administrative stuff for our construction technology business. The office is often quiet during the day because everyone is out on the field, but it gets busy around five or six when the teams come back to report on the day's progress. We have shelves filled with technical data sheets and various buckets of resins that we are testing or preparing for a site. It is a practical environment. We do not have a secretary or a lobby; you just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. We use simple English to explain what needs to be done on a project because construction shouldn't be overly complicated. Most of our work comes from people who have had a leak or a structural issue and heard we could fix it.
