Our office for Kishan Construction Engineer And Contractors is located at A-115 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1. We are right by Indra Kalyan Vihar, which is a very busy and dusty part of Delhi 110020. This area is mostly factories and warehouses, so there are always heavy trucks moving through the lanes and the sound of industrial work in the background. Our space is pretty basic, just a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of paper maps and technical drawings. We are engineers and contractors, so we spend a lot of time calculating costs and looking at site reports. The office can get a bit noisy with the fans running and the traffic outside, but it’s where we get our best work done. We aren't into anything flashy. Most of us wear regular work clothes and spend our lunch breaks at the local dhabas nearby. It’s a tough environment but very honest. We have been in Okhla for a while and we know the rhythm of the place. Every morning starts with a quick meeting to see where the crews are and what materials we need to order. It’s a lot of coordination and simple hard work. We don’t have a big corporate feel here at all. We are just a group of people trying to get the job finished on time and according to the plan.
