Kirmani Construction

We’ve been working out of 99-A6 in Zakir Nagar for a good while. New Delhi is a fast place, but our office stays pretty grounded. We do construction work, which means we’re usually covered in a bit of dust or thinking about the next site we have to visit. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s got some desks, a lot of blueprints rolled up in corners, and a kettle that’s almost always on. Zakir Nagar is a tight-knit spot, and we like being part of the community here. We don’t do big advertising. Most people find us because they’ve seen our projects or heard about us from a neighbor. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, literally. We spend our mornings figuring out schedules and our afternoons usually out on the field. Sometimes things go wrong, weather ruins a plan, or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We are a local team that knows how to build things. Our walls are covered with photos of old projects and maps of the city. It’s a bit messy, but it’s our mess. We just want to do the work right and move on to the next one. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Delhi, and it seems to work out just fine for us and our clients.
