Khanna Dhiraj Kumar is based at C73 on Devli Road, in the Khanpur Dugal Colony area. It is a very busy and dusty part of the city, but it has a lot of life. Our office is right there on the road, so we see people passing by all day long. It is not a fancy place at all. The floor is made of old stone and the desks are a bit worn out. We have been working from this spot for a good number of years. We do not have a big team or any corporate hierarchy. It is just us doing the work that comes in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who stop by. The office can get quite loud because of the traffic on Devli Road, but we are used to the noise by now. We do not use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get things finished. It is a very basic way of running a business. Some days are more stressful than others, but we just take it one step at a time. We are just a local operation trying to do a decent job for the people who come to us.
