Our place is in Phase-II of the Okhla Industrial Area, at C-66/2. It’s basically a big warehouse filled with tiles and different kinds of stone. It’s not a fancy boutique, but we have everything laid out so people can see the colors and textures. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the stone samples being moved around. We spend a lot of time helping folks figure out how many tiles they need for a room. It’s a lot of lifting and shifting boxes, so we stay pretty active. We’ve been in Okhla for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change. The traffic around here can be a bit of a nightmare, but once you get inside, it’s all about the materials. We have pieces of marble, ceramic, and all sorts of stone piled up. Sometimes a shipment comes in and things get a bit chaotic while we find space for everything. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. If someone likes a tile, they like it. We just tell them what we know about how it wears or how hard it is to clean. It’s a practical business and we like the physical aspect of it. Most of our days are spent checking inventory or talking to contractors who come in with their measurements. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but we know our stones and we’ve been doing this long enough to be honest about what we have in stock.
