You can find us at Shaheen Cottage in Zakir Nagar, Okhla. It’s a really busy part of New Delhi, and D-145/13 is where we do all our consulting work for Keo International Consultants, Dubai. The cottage itself feels more like a lived-in home than a stiff, cold office, which we all actually prefer. It’s often crowded with books, project plans, and old maps. We spend our days talking to various clients and trying to solve problems for different projects around the world. Delhi is always loud and chaotic outside, but inside our walls, we try to keep it focused and quiet. Our team is small, and most of us have been working together for a long time. We aren't doing anything fancy or trying to sound important; it’s just a lot of hard thinking and writing reports. Zakir Nagar has its own unique vibe, and we’re right in the middle of all that energy. Sometimes it’s hard for people to find parking, and the narrow alleys can be a bit of a challenge, but it’s our base. We don't have a big reception desk or a bright sign in lights out front. We just have our work and our cups of tea. We deal with consultants from all over the globe, but we do it all from this little spot in Okhla. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes a bit of stress when we have big deadlines. We keep it simple and stay honest about our work.
