Our office is a Type 3 setup, so it feels a bit like a home, which we actually prefer. It makes the long hours feel a little less heavy. We have a lot of files stacked up because there is always something to track. We aren't the type to spend money on fancy lobby decorations. Most of our resources go toward the actual projects we are building out in the field. Here in Sadiq Nagar, we are close to everything we need. The morning commute can be a nightmare, but once we are inside, it is all business. We spend our time talking to engineers and checking on supply chains. Sometimes the tea is cold and the printer jams, but we get by. It is a very grounded way to work. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We build stuff, we fix stuff, and we make sure the infrastructure is solid. Our team is pretty small, so you end up doing a bit of everything. It’s a messy, busy, and very real environment. We are just working people in a regular Delhi neighborhood, trying to do a good job.
