Kawinindia Project Pvt. Ltd. is based at A-53, Kunj Society in Alkapuri. It is more of a house turned into an office than a proper commercial building. We like it that way because it feels more relaxed. Alkapuri is a busy neighborhood with lots of shops and people, but Kunj Society stays relatively calm. You have to walk through the main gate and find block A. We have been here for several years now. Inside, there are files everywhere and the sound of printers going. It is a small team, so we don't have any big corporate departments or anything like that. Everyone just does a bit of everything. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have a lot of project documents stored away. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because the main desk is covered in maps or charts. The light in the afternoon is quite nice through the windows. We don't use much marketing talk here; we just talk about the deadlines and the tasks for the week. It is a very normal office where people work hard and then go home to their families. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to be too loud. It is just a regular place in a regular society.
