K.Alam & Assiociate

It’s a really packed area and finding our building for the first time can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the streets. The building is older and has seen better days, but it’s home to our office. We have a small space on the floor where we have set up our desks. It’s usually quite loud outside with the local traffic and the street vendors calling out. We don’t have a big sign or any flashy lights to show where we are. It’s just a standard door with our name on it. Inside, it’s mostly just stacks of files and a few chairs for when people come to visit. We spend a lot of our time just managing the paperwork and talking to people on the phone. The summers in Delhi are tough, and the office gets pretty warm, so we keep the fans going all day. We’ve been at this address for several years now. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy brings us chai twice a day. It’s a very normal, local way of doing things. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. We’re just a small team in Batla House doing our daily work in a way that makes sense to us.
