It’s a lot of manual labor, honestly. Dragging crates and making sure nothing chips is a constant job. When the sun hits the front windows, the whole place brightens up. We usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things lively. Most customers come in with sketches of their bathrooms on scraps of paper. We sit down with them and try to count how many square feet they actually need, including the extra for cutting corners. It's a practical business. We don't do much talking unless it's about the thickness of a slab or the delivery timing. The traffic on Mathura Road is always a topic of conversation here. If you're coming by, it's usually better to avoid the evening rush. It’s just a normal day of work for us, helping people pick out stones and tiles for their homes.
